Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the metal coating plant, ensuring efficient production processes.
• Monitor quality standards and ensure adherence to client specifications.
• Manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods.

• Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure smooth operation of equipment.
• Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental protocols.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in plant or production management.
• Strong knowledge of metal coating processes and equipment.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
